Celebrate Japanese American culture with me at Nikkei Matsuri in San Jose Japantown! This is one of the only Bay Area events I will be able to attend this spring/early summer. I will have 38 pieces of new pottery and hope to see you there!

Multimatter at GR2

Multimatter is a mixture of prints, zines, and goods by a giant list of artists opening Saturday, 4/6 at Giant Robot Gallery.

I’ve made a total of 6 original watercolors, each the size of an Instax mini film and inspired by photos we took during our trip to Japan for this multi-media style group show. You’ll also be able to shop my stickers and pins in person as part of Multimatter.

Totoro Show 2023: A Ghibli Universe Art Exhibition at Giant Robot Store

Some totoro cuties have made an appearance for the upcoming group show at @giantrobotstore! 🌱 🍂 🍄 This is one of my favorite shows of the year and my first time participating as an artist. One of the first pieces of art I got at Giant Robot was from this show when I was living in LA. It's so amazing to now be part of this incredibly talented and supportive community of artists that @cassloop and @giantrobot have cultivated. ⁠

⁠If you've been following me for awhile, you know I've been on a break from making Totoro pieces so these are extra special. 👀⁠

Creaminal No Sad Sundaes x Sakai Hart Pop Up!

I’ve collaborated with Creaminal, a local ice cream brand led by husband and wife duo, Piti Sukavivatanachai and Kathy Dao to create a limited run of custom handmade ceramic ice cream bowls. The limited ceramic bowls will be available this Saturday in-store and online through Creaminal.

In addition, I’ll be setting a pop-up Saturday night @yourchoicerestaurant from 6:30pm till the end of No Sad Sundaes featuring pieces from my shop.

Lastly, @eatcreaminal and @yourchoicerestaurant will be closed Nov 23-27 to spend time with family for our Thanksgiving break. Make sure you stock up on ice cream before we close for the holiday! Thank you so much! We’ll see you all soon!!!

I’m finally headed back to the Bay and cannot wait for this SJ Made event! I’ll be in the Tiny Object Marketplace. My booth number is A10, located right by the entrance!

I’ll have close to 100 new items for this event! Lots of mini charms, vases, mugs, and other fun goodies… My new t-shirt design will also be making its debut alongside many mugs from all five of my collections!

San Jose Summer Fair will feature over 125+ artists, makers and creators within three (3) themed sections: Kitty Carnival (cat-themed carnival games, a Kitten Lounge by Mini Cat Town, cat themed vendors) + Froggy Fest (frog themed vendors) + Tiny Object Marketplace (vendors whose featured work is tiny, i.e. smaller than the palm of your hand).  

Saturday 8/12 & Sunday 8/13 from 11-5pm.

I’m thrilled to be joining the fun AAPI lineup for this event at Leanna Lin’s Wonderland! I’ll be bringing close to 30 new pieces to this event, many of which will be planters.

Here’s the awesome lineup: Hahn Jewelry, Hapa Girl Crafts, KINdom, Kindred Kolaches, and of course, me! You can read more about each artist on Leanna’s blog here!

20% of the proceeds from this event will also be donated to Miry's List at the end of the day.
